🌴Guests have exclusive access to the entire villa, including all three bedrooms, the private infinity pool, kitchen, living areas, and outdoor lounge. You’ll also have private parking and a gated entrance for added peace of mind. Whether you’re staying for a short escape or a longer retreat, the space is entirely yours to enjoy—no shared areas, no interruptions. Your privacy and comfort come first.

To ensure a smooth and transparent stay, please review the following:
🔌 Electricity
• Charged at 8 THB per unit, payable in cash before departure
• Meter readings are taken at check-in and check-out
🔹 Electricity was previously included, but many guests left air-conditioning running 24/7 with doors and windows open — resulting in very high costs and wasted energy. To promote fair use, electricity is now charged separately — giving you full control over what you use and spend.

• Turn off AC when not in use
• Use ceiling or standing fans
• Keep doors and windows closed when AC is running
• Open windows during cooler parts of the day
