Guest access
Guests will have full access to the entire condo during their stay, including the bedroom, bathroom, living area, kitchen, and the large private balcony. You’re also welcome to use the shared swimming pool, which is only shared with a few other units, making it a quiet place to relax.
Motorbike parking is available right outside the building, and car parking is located about 30 meters away. Check-in is completely self-service through a secure lockbox, so you can arrive at any time after the designated check-in hour.

📸 Check-Out Requirements
On departure, please send:
• Photos showing the property left in good condition

• Property is left tidy
Excessive cleaning may result in a 5,000 THB charge.

• Codes are provided on arrival day

🚭 Smoking Policy
No smoking inside the property.

Smoking is permitted in outdoor areas only.
