Option 1 – Property Drop

• Drop-off only — guests must leave while cleaning is completed and return at check-in time
Option 2 – Office Drop
• Luggage may be dropped at our office
• We will deliver it to the property once it is ready
📸 Arrival Requirements (TM30 Registration)
Upon arrival, please send:

• A selfie taken at the property

📸 Check-Out Requirements
Before departure, please send:

• The property is left tidy
Excessive cleaning may result in a 5,000 THB charge.

• Keys are stored securely in a lockbox
• Lockbox codes are provided on arrival day
• Please return keys to the lockbox during check-out

🚭 Smoking Policy
Smoking inside the property is strictly prohibited.
Fine: 10,000 THB
Smoking is permitted in outdoor areas only. Please dispose of cigarette waste responsibly.

Plumbing systems in Thailand are sensitive and can block easily.
