To ensure a smooth and transparent experience, please note the following:
• Electricity
Charged at 8 THB/Unit, payable in cash before departure. Meter readings are taken at check-in and check-out.
🔹 We do not profit from electricity; all payments go directly to the government.
• Security Deposit
A 5,000 THB deposit is collected at check-in and refunded at check-out (minus any damage costs).
🔹 Damaged items will be repaired or replaced at the guest’s expense.
• No Smoking
Smoking inside the villa is strictly prohibited.
🚫 Fine: 10,000 THB
• Lost Keys
A fee of 2,000 THB applies for lost or unreturned keys.
• Bathroom Etiquette
Please do not flush tissue paper or sanitary pads down the toilet.
🚽 Clogs may result in a fine of 5,000 THB for repair costs.
🚘 Airport Transfers
We offer private airport pickup for just 1,200 THB.
