Guest access
Guests will have full private access to the entire villa during their stay. This includes the 4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, living area, dining area, fully equipped kitchen, and the private swimming pool.
The villa also provides private parking and laundry facilities for your convenience.

This is required for TM30 government registration in Thailand.

📸 Check-Out Requirements
On departure, please send:

• Keys are stored in a lockbox
• Codes are provided on arrival day
• Keys must be returned to the lockbox on check-out

🚭 Smoking Policy
No smoking inside the property.
Fine: 10,000 THB
Smoking is permitted in outdoor areas only.
Please dispose of cigarette waste responsibly.
