⚠️ Important Rental Information & House Rules
To ensure a smooth and comfortable stay, please review the following important information carefully.
🔌 Electricity Usage
• 7 THB per unit, payable in cash at check-out
• Electricity meter is read at check-in and check-out
Electricity is charged based on actual usage to promote responsible energy use.
Please help reduce costs by:
• Turning off air-conditioning when not in use
• Using fans when possible
• Keeping doors and windows closed while AC is on
• Opening windows during cooler hours
⏰ Check-Out Time
To ensure fair scheduling and smooth same-day turnovers:
✔️ Standard Check-Out: 10:00 AM (Free)
⏳ Late Check-Out (Subject to availability):
• 11:30 AM → Villa 1,000 THB
• 12:30 PM → Villa 1,500 THB
• 1:30 PM → Villa 2,500 THB
• 2:30 PM → Villa 4,000 THB
Late check-out must be requested in advance.
💰 Security Deposit
• 5,000 THB collected at check-in
• Fully refunded at check-out (minus any damages or extra charges)
🔇 Noise
Please respect quiet hours after 11:00 PM to maintain a peaceful environment for neighbors.
🚭 Smoking Policy
• Smoking is strictly prohibited indoors
• Smoking is allowed outdoors only using provided ashtrays
• Fine for indoor smoking: 10,000 THB
🧼 Cleanliness
Please dispose of all rubbish in the bins provided and keep the villa tidy during your stay.
🚽 Bathroom Rules
• Do not flush tissues, wipes, or sanitary products
• Use waste bins provided
• Plumbing blockage fine: 5,000 THB
🏊 Pool & Garden Safety
• No glassware in or near the pool
• Take extra care around the waterfall and fish pond
• Surfaces may be slippery
👥 Guests
Only registered guests are allowed to stay overnight unless prior approval is given.
🔑 Lost Keys
• Replacement fee: 2,000 THB
🚘 Airport Transfer (Optional)
• Private airport pickup: 1,200 THB
• Driver will meet you at arrivals with a name sign
• Drivers are familiar with the villa location for a smooth arrival
