We apply some additional charges to comply with our rental regulations as follows:

• Electricity is billed at 8 baht/kilowatt in cash before departure. Various clients have different rates, with some paying 500 baht per day and others contributing 1,500 baht for heavy usage. It’s important to note that we don’t profit from electricity; these charges are remitted directly to the government. Additionally, the meter is checked upon check-in and again upon check-out to ensure accurate billing.

• Security Deposit: A 5,000 Thai baht security deposit will be collected at check in and will be refundable at check out. Any damages to the property during the guest stay, the damaged items shall be repaired or replaced at the Guest’s expense and will be taken from the security deposit

• No Smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property. A fine of 10,000 THB will be imposed for violations.

• Lost Keys: If the keys are lost or not returned, a fine of 2,000 THB will be charged.
