Guest access
Guests will have full private access to the entire villa, including all indoor and outdoor areas. This includes the private swimming pool with jacuzzi, garden space, open-plan living area, fully equipped kitchen, and laundry room.
You will also have access to secure on-site parking within the gated property, suitable for up to 2 cars and motorbikes.
The villa is exclusively yours during your stay — no shared spaces. Enjoy complete privacy and comfort throughout your visit.

📸 Check-Out Requirements
On departure, please send:
• Photos showing the property left in good condition

Excessive cleaning may result in a 5,000 THB charge.

• Keys are stored in a lockbox
• Codes are provided on arrival day
• Keys must be returned to the lockbox on check-out

🚭 Smoking Policy
No smoking inside the property.
Fine: 10,000 THB
Smoking is permitted in outdoor areas only.
Please dispose of cigarette waste responsibly.
