Guest access
Guests have full private access to the entire apartment during their stay. This includes the bedroom, bathroom, living area, kitchenette, and private balcony.
You are also welcome to use the shared facilities within the residence, including the swimming pool, fitness room, garden areas, and other common spaces, subject to building rules and operating hours.
Free on-site parking is available for registered guests. Access to the building is controlled by keycard for added security.
Please note that all facilities are shared with other residents and should be used respectfully.

Guests must leave the property while cleaning is completed and return at check-in time.

• We will deliver it to the property once ready

📸 Check-Out Requirements
On departure, please send:
• Photos showing the property left in good condition

• Property is left tidy
Excessive cleaning may result in a 5,000 THB charge.

• Keys are stored in a lockbox
• Codes are provided on arrival day
• Keys must be returned to the lockbox on check-out

🚭 Smoking Policy
No smoking inside the property.
Fine: 10,000 THB
Smoking is permitted in outdoor areas only.
Please dispose of cigarette waste responsibly.
